Assignments Pane

The Assignments Pane shows the most recent 20 assignments. There may be more assignments that are not visible on this pane; you may need to use the assignment search function to see all pending assignments.

Pending assignments will be highlighted in pink; accepted assignments will have a white background.

You may view an assignment by clicking on the bold "Pending Assignment" or "Accepted Assignment" text above the assignment details. You cannot access an assignment by double-clicking it or clicking anywhere below the bold "Pending Assignment" or "Accepted Assignment" text.

Users may accept a pending assignment by clicking the bold "Attach Case" text at the top of the assignment field in the assignments pane. This will bring up the Name Search form. Please review the Name Search article for instructions to complete the assignment acceptance process.

To view an assignment, click the bold text that says "Pending Assignment" or "Accepted Assignment" at the top of the assignment entry in the Assignments Pane.
